Default Would you say EotN is worth it?

I already have all three other campaigns and was thinking if i should get EotN. So far the only reasons i have to get is for some farming spots and skills. So would you say its actually worth it and fun?

I enjoy the PvE content of EoTN, and several skills are very popular in both the PvE and PvP metas, namely the following:
[patient spirit] [cure hex] [spotless mind] [aura of stability] [castigation signet] [volley] [sloth hunter's shot] [body blow] [foul feast] [putrid bile] [masochism] [hexer's vigor] [glyph of swiftness] [glyph of immolation] [way of the master] [falling lotus strike] [trampling ox] [spear of redemption] [signet of mystic speed]

And of course the PvE skills are fantastic

It is totally worth it

skills
great scenery (best of all the campaigns)
new and more interesting heroes
fun (albeit short( storyline)
Hall of Monuments (which will somehow tie into GW2)
continues with more about Tyria/Prophecies (adds to the lore so to speak)

seems worth it to me

Personally I think yes.
Now that i see the skills listed i can't believe i've ever played without them =D. 90% i use regularly.
The scenery is also pwetty, especially the asuran and charr area.
Hall of Monuments i don't care about much. Only thing that is nice is that i once will get a phoenix, if i ever reach 10 titles.

I wholeheartedly say yes. Not only do you get the HOM to have fun pimping it out, you get awesome pve skills, repeatable dungeons that can be fun and challenging, and tons of titles to grind if you're into that. Plus the rainbow phoenix and some neat weapons and armors.

Eye of the North is very much worth it and its certainly rekindled my interest in guild wars.

I like the way you have the extra skills tracks for the Asura Norne Ebon Vanguard and Dwarf.

Its not impossibly boring to get a reasonable level in each and you can then use those new skills in the other games which has proven a lot of fun.

Regional bonuses to energy health etc based on these skill tracks is a nice idea which I hope passes to GW2 in some form.
As are the new consumables you can buy when you achieve certain levels.

Al in all a purchase I am very pleased I made.

it certainly worth the money, you get more heros, more skills, more titles and also another way to make money, dungeon hunting.

People above me have mostly summed it up, but here's another yes coming from me.

It's a great expansion, and it's got a lot to offer skill-wise for both PvE and PvP. If you ever one day got into competitive PvP, a lot of eotn skills are important. Especially for monks.

I find EOTN worth it for One reason....

HALL OF MONUMENTS!

Elite Armor, pets, mini pets, campaigns you've beaten, etc, are honored there and are to be transfered into GW2.

The only thing that sucks is the grinding for points. If you believing titles aren't to be account based, then you can see EOTN as the game for those with nothing else to do.

For $40, hell no.

I'd buy it for $10 though.

It's really grown on me. I really enjoy it these days. I was expecting more when it first came out and so was disapponted when I got through it so fast but it really gains a lot of depth as you keep playing.

Definitely worth it I'd say.

The missions, the dungeons, all the new titles to grind out, the skills, the heroes, some interesting new armor styles (depending on class and gender), new vanity stuff like chaos gloves (although looking ridiculous on any class but Mesmers)... a total must-have for every serious GW player.

Granted, the core content (i.e. the campaign) is rather short, and the hundreds of hours of new motivation are mostly done by artificial grinding goals.
But it works for me.

EotN contains the most advanced and challenging PvE content of all areas, balanced mobs and interesting monsters with secondary (and sometimes even tertiary!) profession, very nice scenery (if you liked pre-searing you'll love Charr lands), dungeons are cool (and some of them hot), some of the standard and PvE skills will get superglued to your skill bar and then there's the GW2 aspect. If you intend to keep playing the three campaigns, you really don't want to miss EotN.
